Design:

JustMed’s in-house designers work closely with customers to conceptualise the medical facility of their dreams. This is in accordance with their brand identity, unique line of work, and what they hope to achieve through the building of their project.

Build:

This stage sees the customer’s vision begin to come together. The JustMed team will effectively manage and coordinate the construction of their new premises from planning, to completion and handover. All works are carried out to the highest standard by our skilled, licensed, and qualified staff and subcontractors.

Fitouts:

This is the point at which the interior space of the premises are made suitable to be occupied and used. This can include interior walls, plastering, electrical, flooring, lights, mechanical installations, etc. As licensed builders, JustMed takes care of the fit out process from beginning to end, priding itself on efficient and quality construction work.

Facility Management:

JustMed’s Facility Management employs various disciplines to ensure functionality, comfort, safety and efficiency of the built environment – by integrating people, processes, and technology.
